Access to Highly Skilled Workforce
Companies doing business in Cali Baja have access to an ample and continues supply of new Talent, with more than 30 major universities – providing excellent preparation for a bi-lingual, bi-cultural and a globally-oriented workforce.
During 2016-2017, over 400,000 students were enrolled in regional universities (including nearly 50,000 in Tijuana, and more than 35,000 in Mexicali – just across from Imperial County).
